From the North

Take either the Florida Turnpike or I- 95 south to Sample road exit going west. Take Sample Road west 3.5 miles from 95 or approximately 1 mile from the turnpike. Pass Lyons road. After Lyons road on your left side is JM Lexus dealership. Go past JM Lexus to the light at the overpass over State Road 7. Go under the overpass and make the first left just under the overpass. This will put you on State Road 7 (441). Go south on 441 until you see Coral Gate Blvd. (about ¼ mile) Make a left turn on Coral Gate and the first right turn into the parking lot of the Northwest medical park building.

 

From the South

Take the turnpike or I-95 North to the Sample road exit going west. Take Sample Road west 3.5 miles from 95 for approximately 1 mile from the turnpike. Pass Lyons road. After Lyons road on your left side is JM Lexus dealership. Go past JM Lexus to the light at the overpass over State Road 7. Go under the overpass and make the first left just under the overpass. This will put you on State Road 7 (441). Go south on 441 until you see Coral Gate Blvd. (about ¼ mile) Make a left turn on Coral Gate and the first right turn into the parking lot of the Northwest medical park building.

 

From the West

Take Sample Road to 441 going south. (right turn) Go south on 441 until you come to Coral Gate Blvd. Make a left turn on Coral Gate and the first right turn into the parking lot of the Northwest medical park building.

Take Atlantic or Royal Palm Blvd to 441 and head North. Go North on 441 until you see Northwest Hospital on your left side. We are on the east side of 441, opposite Northwest Medical Center, in Northwest Medical Park building.

 

From the East

Take Sample road west 3.5 miles from 95 or approximately 1 mile from the turnpike. Pass Lyons road. After Lyons road on your left side is JM Lexus dealership. Go past JM Lexus to the light at the overpass over State Road 7. Go under the overpass and make the first left just under the overpass. This will put you on State Road 7 (441) going south. Go south on 441 until you come to Coral Gate Blvd. Make a left turn on Coral Gate and the first right turn into the parking lot of the Northwest medical park building.

Take Copans Road west to State Road 7 (441), make a right on to 441 and go up about ¼ mile. You will come to Northwest Medical Center on your left side, and on your right side is Northwest Medical Park. As you pass the hospital you will come to Coral Gate Blvd. Make a right turn onto Coral Gate Blvd. and the first right turn into the parking lot of Northwest Medical Park. We are the second building, number 2960 N. State Road 7.
